Hype has been building around the release of what looks set to be a super dope collaboration between Nike and Stranger Things just ahead of the highly anticipated 3rd season os the series. Nike teased out a Stranger Things hotline and now below we see imagery of the collection…

Set in the mid 1980s in the town of Hawkins, Indiana in the last two series we have often seen flashes of Nike vintageness on screen.

So it works especially as the show is set at a time in the mid-1980s when the Cortez, Blazer and Tailwind were stateside sneaker staples.

The first drop incorporates Hawkins High’s green and orange color scheme and Tiger mascot into a spirited mix of apparel and footwear. Sweat suits and complementary T-shirts channel 1980s phys-ed class style, and three sneakers match accordingly. The pieces launch June 27.

A second drop of shoes arrive July 1. Dubbed the “OG Pack,” each shoe carries a red, white and blue color scheme and celebrates 1985 Independence Day with a year marker on the heel and special firework display sock liner.

These are gonna be collector’s pieces for sure… don’t sleep!
