What’s up all you heads, hope you copped all you wanted last week now for this weeks round up of releases…

Right let’s get the Jordan release out of the way to start with. 28th June sees the release of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High in gym red and white featuring a mix of leather and suede on the upper. With a white midsole white swoosh and white Jordan logo just to break it up a little. These will definitely appeal to you fans of red kicks. If it does you can find ’em dropping at all the usual retailers such as Nike, Wellgosh, Size?, Offspring, End Clothing, Hanon etc..

One of my favourite releases this week is the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Black and White’. Despite the recent increase in hype for Foamposites the Foamposite One seems to be a bit of a marmite shoe as are the colourways. This Saturday we see Nike releasing the black and white colourway, in my humble opinion a nice clean and easily rockable colourway with a mainly black upper, white trim and an iced out blue sole. Although taking inspiration from Penny Hardaway’s good ol’ days at the Orlando magic and reminiscent of one of the black pinstripe uniforms many have dubbed this the “concord” which will inevitably create some extra hype. Anyway if you fancy scooping a pair you can find them releasing at retailers such as Nike, Wellgosh, Hanon and Footlocker among others.

Another pair I am majorly feeling this week despite not really being a major fan of this shoe is the REEBOK X SNS INSTAPUMP FURY OG ‘A SHOE ABOUT SOMETHING’. I’m absolutely loving the colourway on this 20th anniversary collaboration. Last year we saw the release of the SNS x Reebok Question Mid ‘A Shoe About Nothing’ this time the SNS crew have linked up with Reebok again the result is the Insta-pump Fury ‘A Shoe About Something’. The same colourway that was used on last years Question Mid, with a jersey cotton upper and turquoise air bladder. With some dope touches including an SNS screened detail on the toe and on the air pump button. If you’re looking to scoop a pair these are due to drop this Saturday via way of Sneakersnstuff and Hanon.

Another collaboration to celebrate the Insta-pump fury’s 20th anniversary see’s Boston’s Concepts store team up with Reebok for the Concepts x Reebok Insta pump Fury. The colourway for this collab takes “its design cues from luxury Italian fashion houses known for their ostentatious print and gold tones. Featuring a black, gold and blue colourway on the upper with pink pops on the outsole and air bladder” This is a pretty amazing looking shoe and I feel it could be a bit of a love or hate vibe again, regardless if you’re looking to cop these you can find these releasing at Hanon and Concepts if you’re on the Stateside side of the pond.

This week also sees the Tiempo ’94 Mid get the ‘Liquid Gold’ treatment. This week’s release of the Tiempo Mid features a shiny metallic gold upper with a perforated leather tongue and sock liner. The tongue features ‘Au’ in reference to the periodic table. Much like the Lunar Forces earlier this year and the silvery and goldy goodness from the Liquid Metal Pack. If you’re looking to pick up a pair this weekend you can find them at retailers such as Footpatrol and Hanon.

The Nike Basketball ‘USA’ Pack, also being dubbed the ‘independence day’ pack is set to release just-in-time for Independence Day. The pack will include, Nike KD VII, Nike LeBron 11 Low, Nike LeBron 11, Nike Kobe 9 EM. All these kicks are in colourways that take inspiration from the colours of the United States flag. All four kicks will be available separately and are schedule to release on Saturday the 28th of June however rumors are coming through as I’m writing this saying that these will now drop TODAY Thursday the 26th at some retailers so keep your eyes peeled people if you’re looking to scoop – you can find these at retailers such as Hanon, Footpatrol, Size? and Footlocker.
