MIA BABY!

We met up with Gregg Lewis at Miami’s leading sneaker consignment store in the heart of Miami’s South Beach, Air Traffic Control. Gregg opened the store in 2008 and the store remains in its original location in South Beach on Washington Ave.

We were really feeling the look of the store, spacious, really clean and we loved the whole Air Traffic Control concept with a fully working conveyor belt and original airport waiting area seats. And a few of those aluminium briefcases for when those deals go down!

Also refreshing was to speak to the guy that runs the place and him being the same guy that set the place up, same guy that had a vision to open a sneaker store and Gregg actually first stocked the shelves at ATC with pairs from his own collection.

ATC was born in 2008 offering a physical consignment space for sneaker resell. Originally Gregg only stocked unworn kicks but now has a small selection of used pairs. The bulk of people selling through ATC are locals but his outside of Miami stock is building. ATC also sell clothes on consignment with some rare pieces from the likes of Supreme and Bape for sale in store.
