It’s a sneaker blackout people!
Following on from the success of the debut Offspring x Saucony collab last year, the design for this shoe has been inspired by Stealth aircraft. The Shadow 6000 silhouette, first released in 1988, has been disguised in an all-black upper consisting of black silky suede with patent leather accents and 3M reflective matte panelling, atop a white EVA midsole with hidden speckled 3M detailing.
These are gonna keep you both slick and stealth as you traverse sneakerdom and keeping with the blacked out military feel the shoe is marked by a rubberised Offspring logo adorning the tongue, while the heel features a rubberised Offspring text logo sitting alongside Saucony’s iconic branding.
Dropping in a full small to big foot size range – UK 4 – 12 – these also come in a special box featuring aeronautical blueprint wrapping paper, matching STEALTH blueprint sticker set, STEALTH trump card and two sets of reflective laces (rope and flat laces). So that’s value right there! And nice to see the concept coming through throughout on the shoes, the packaging and the laces.
The STEALTH will be available exclusively at Offspring, both in-store and online via www.offspring.co.uk from Saturday 15th August 2015, priced at £110. Good luck people!
