TWOTF: And tell us a bit about the process – is it just random filming of skaters or is there a concept behind what you do?
My main concept behind my films is to shine light on the skaters who deserve it. With the skate industry being so over populated it’s hard for all the good skaters to get the attention they deserve. So I just basically showcase all of my friends and people that I know that deserve more exposure while at the same time showcasing my talent for filming.
TWOTF: What are you trying to do that’s a blunt question but what is it that you’re trying to achieve through your films?
My goal is really just to show the world what I am capable of and hopefully get a full time job at a skate company so that I can make a living out of doing what I love.
TWOTF: How do you get the footage?
A lot of the people I film are my friends that I grew up skating with. But thanks to the skate industry and YouTube it’s pretty easy for me to meet new skaters that are down to film. I’m down to skate with anyone who wants to really. You can only get better if you’re always practicing.
